Each retirement flat within Gretton Court has its own front door, ensuring a high level of privacy and security with self-contained amenities.
In addition, residents enjoy a range of shared facilities, including lounges and sitting areas, two large conservatories and three acres of landscaped gardens. Plus two lifts, laundry room, and a hairdressing salon.
There are seven basic apartment designs, each with its own hallway, kitchen, and bathroom, with personal alarms in each principal room and bathroom:

- One bedroom apartments
- Two bedroom apartments
In addition, garages are available to rent and there is one twin bedded guest room for family and friends.
No hidden extras
Included within the monthly rent are water rates, hot water, central heating, and maintenance of the building and gardens. Your only extras are your council tax and electricity. Unlike many commercial schemes, there are no hidden extras or service charges.
